A New Sound of Hope Is Coming: Welcome to Sabbath Sound Radio
Faith. Music. Message. Mission.
What if a radio station could do more than entertain? What if every song, every message, and every voice could bring someone closer to Jesus Christ?
That is the vision behind Sabbath Sound Radio.
Broadcasting from Shelbyville, Tennessee, Sabbath Sound Radio is an upcoming online Seventh-day Adventist Christian radio ministry dedicated to sharing the everlasting gospel through inspiring music, biblical teaching, uplifting conversations, and creative expressions of faith.
Our vision is simple yet far-reaching: to create a place where faith comes alive through sound and where every listener can discover encouragement, inspiration, and a deeper relationship with God.
More Than Just Another Radio Station
In a world filled with noise, distractions, uncertainty, and competing messages, we believe there is a tremendous need for a voice that speaks hope, truth, and encouragement.
Sabbath Sound Radio is being developed to provide that voice.
Our programming will celebrate Christian music in its many beautiful forms—from traditional hymns and gospel classics to contemporary Christian compositions, sacred instrumentals, choir performances, and original music by independent recording artists.
But our mission extends beyond music.
We envision a station where listeners can discover meaningful Bible-based messages, experience inspiring testimonies, explore the rich heritage of Christian hymns, and hear voices that might otherwise never reach a larger audience.
Celebrating the Gifts God Has Given
One of our greatest passions is providing a platform for talented Seventh-day Adventist and other Christian artists whose gifts deserve to be heard.
Throughout our churches and communities are gifted singers, musicians, instrumentalists, poets, and spoken word artists who faithfully share their talents in worship services, small gatherings, and local events.
Many of these individuals may never have the opportunity to share their ministry with audiences beyond their immediate communities.
We want to help change that.
Sabbath Sound Radio will seek to showcase emerging voices alongside established artists, recognizing that the true value of a ministry is not measured by popularity but by its ability to communicate God's love.
Four Words. One Purpose.
Our tagline captures the foundation of everything we hope to accomplish:
Faith. Our confidence and trust in Jesus Christ.
Music. A universal language through which hearts can be encouraged and lives transformed.
Message. The timeless truths of God's Word and the everlasting gospel.
Mission. Our commitment to reaching people, serving communities, and preparing hearts for Christ's return.
These four principles will help guide our programming, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
A Ministry Without Borders
Because Sabbath Sound Radio will broadcast online, our potential listening community extends far beyond Tennessee.
Whether someone is listening at home, traveling to work, spending time in personal devotion, or seeking encouragement during a difficult season, our desire is to provide content that points them toward Christ.
We believe the gospel is too important to be confined by geography, and that technology can become a powerful instrument for sharing the good news of salvation.
Be Part of the Beginning
As we prepare to launch, we invite listeners, artists, pastors, churches, and ministry partners to become part of the Sabbath Sound Radio family.
Together, we can build more than a radio station. We can build a community of faith, encouragement, and service.
As Psalm 96:1 reminds us:
"O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth." (KJV)
A new sound of hope is coming.
